1. Apple App Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store, billing and refund decisions are managed entirely by Apple Inc. Under Apple’s legal framework, third-party developers do not have direct access to transaction refund controls.

To request a refund for an App Store transaction, please visit Apple’s official self-service portal at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

2. Stripe Web Purchases

For subscriptions and purchases completed directly on the web via Stripe, transactions are sold and billed by 99 Degrees Creative Studio LLC (the merchant of record). You are eligible for a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on your initial billing cycle. To request a refund, contact support@99degrees.studio or info@99degreescreativestudio.com with your checkout email and receipt number.

3. Cancellation Policy

Canceling a subscription halts future automatic renewals immediately. You will retain active access to all Breakr Pro features until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
